Kim Alvarado RN, PhD is Chief of Nursing Practice for the Henderson & Chedoke Sites of Hamilton Health Sciences, Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at McMaster University and Director of Education and Research for the Nursing Leadership Network of Ontaro. Her research interests focus on health care policy and nursing human resources.
