Lynn Nagle, RN, PhD is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto. She is also Chief Information Officer for Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, where she is responsible for information and communication technology, and information management. Dr. Nagle’s research has been directed toward evaluating the impact of technologies in clinical practice settings. She is the Canadian nursing representative to the International Medical Informatics Association Nursing Work Group and is the current and founding President of the Canadian Nursing Informatics Association.
