Michelle Freeman RN, MScN is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Nursing, University of Windsor, a PhD student (Nursing) at McMaster University and a co-investigator in the NHSRU, McMaster University site. Her areas of expertise include geriatrics, patient safety and quality improvement. She has held various roles in Canada and the United States in advanced practice nursing, education, project management and administration. Her current research is focused on nurse migration, specifically intent to migrate of Canadian nursing students in border cities.
